Project Architect, CA Specialist

We're looking for Project Architects with a specialty in construction administration. Candidates should have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in commercial office and/or multi-family residential building design.  Candidates should have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (professional degrees preferred). Candidates should exhibit design and technological sophistication in their work samples and be self-starting, energetic, and creative.

  • 5-10 years of experience
  • Significant experience in Contract Administration is required, preferably including Multi-Family Housing and Commercial Office projects
  • Thorough understanding of the CA process and ability to review submittals, respond to RFI’s, produce ASI’s, review payment requisitions, and all other CA related tasks
  • Knowledge and experience with building codes/zoning regulations- Confident in construction knowledge and able to meet with GC’s on site to resolve issues
  • Ability to mentor and direct junior staff during the CA process- Revit knowledge is preferred
